Shipment processing time:
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
- If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

- Our sole intention is to deliver the products to our patrons in the best condition and without any delay. We deliver all the domestic orders free of cost and international orders are subject to shipping charges as per location.
- If the order is cancelled, returned after delivery or lost in transit, the entire order value will be refunded by Charupama.

- We understand you would like to get the product as soon as possible 😊 and thus we always update you for your lovely orders through email and text services. (Always give correct mail id during purchase)
- Patrons are requested to mandatorily give their multiple contact numbers for the dispatch location. We always confirm with the consignee before the dispatch over phone.

COD availability for any particular PIN Code can also be checked through our website. The right side of each product has the option for checking serviceability and COD availability of any PIN Code. If the PIN Code is not serviceable, you can opt for prepaid option to avail the product.

We work with all the standard courier partners available in the market as per your local pin code. We can dispatch a product with additional shipment charges on faster services if the product is prepaid.
Our Damaged Courier/Product policy:
Charupama.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately with snapshots. Please check the packaging materials before you sign the courier receipt.
